Improper Products

Overview

  To standardize product management and protect the procurement rights and interests of global users, Goods123 has formulated these rules for improper products. This policy applies to all product categories on the platform, including $1–$3 daily necessities, premium products above $3, bulk wholesale goods and customized products. We have established a complete closed-loop mechanism for screening, isolation, disposal and replacement of improper products to prevent defective goods from being delivered. We also clarify judgment standards and after-sales solutions to protect the legitimate rights and interests of individual users and cross-border merchants.

Definition of Improper Products

  Products with the following problems verified by platform quality inspection or user feedback are defined as improper products: 1. Physical damage: cracked, broken, deformed, dented or severely worn products that cannot be used normally; 2. Functional abnormality: malfunctioning products with missing accessories or structural faults that fail to meet usage standards; 3. Severe defects: products with large-area stains, scratches, severe color difference, blurred printing or obvious craft flaws affecting use and appearance; 4. Wrong or missing items: products with incorrect models, styles or specifications, or missing accessories compared with the order; 5. Customization inconsistency: customized products with serious deviations in size, pattern, LOGO or craftsmanship from the confirmed scheme; 6. Storage and transportation damage: products damaged by extrusion, collision or moisture during warehousing and logistics transportation.

Excluded Non-Quality Problems

  The following minor conventional craft phenomena are within normal industry scope and not regarded as improper products, which do not support unreasonable after-sales processing: 1. Slight craft marks, tiny scratches, minor color difference and millimeter-level size deviation of small daily goods; 2. Natural texture and slight stitching traces of product materials that do not affect normal use; 3. Slight extrusion marks or minor outer package damage caused by cross-border logistics without affecting internal products; 4. Subjective aesthetic differences, inconsistent expectations and personal dislike, which are not objective quality problems.

Internal Pre-Delivery Disposal

  We implement multi-layer quality screening before delivery, and all detected improper products will be isolated and disposed of uniformly: 1. Regular retail products: all defective, damaged or malfunctioning products are isolated and prohibited from delivery; 2. Bulk wholesale products: defective individual items found in sampling inspection will be replaced with qualified products to ensure the pass rate of the whole order; 3. Customized and premium products: any defective products found in full inspection will be reworked or replaced, and only qualified products will be delivered; 4. All improper products are recorded and archived, and regularly destroyed to avoid re-flowing into sales channels.

User After-Sales Processing Rules

  If users receive improper products, they can contact customer service within the specified time with clear photos or videos for after-sales application:

1. Regular retail orders: free reshipment, partial refund or full refund will be provided after quality problem verification;
2. Bulk wholesale orders: defective individual items can be reshipped or refunded separately without affecting the whole order;
3. Non-artificially damaged customized orders: products with craft errors, parameter deviations or quality flaws will be rectified, remade or reshipped free of charge;
4. Premium product orders: defective products will be replaced with new ones preferentially to ensure high-end shopping experience.

Invalid Application Situations

The following situations are not covered by the after-sales guarantee for improper products and cannot apply for compensation:

1. Product faults and damage caused by artificial damage, private disassembly or abnormal use;
2. Secondary damage caused by improper storage, moisture or collision after receipt;
3. Quality problems reported beyond the after-sales application period;
4. Malicious behaviors such as forging damage, repeated fraud and false feedback;
5. Malicious after-sales application for known minor normal craft problems.
