User Agreement
Agreement Overview
This User Agreement applies to all services of Goods123 website (domain: goods123.shop). By accessing, browsing, registering, ordering, purchasing, consulting, or using our wholesale, customization and other services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept any clause, please stop using our services immediately.
Service Description
Goods123 is a global cross-border department store e-commerce platform. We mainly provide retail of $1, $2, $3 high-cost-effective daily boutique goods. Our services also include online wholesale procurement, product customization and packaging customization. In addition, we launch premium products over $3 from time to time. We support full-scenario procurement including individual retail, merchant wholesale, personalized customization and high-end product selection, providing global users with one-stop cross-border shopping solutions.
User Eligibility & Account Rules
1. Users must have legal capacity to use our services. Minors are not allowed to register or place orders.
2. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password. All operations under the account shall be borne by the account owner.
3. Malicious registration, fake orders, brushing orders, malicious refund abuse, bulk unfair pricing behavior and website data crawling are strictly prohibited.
4. The platform reserves the right to restrict access, freeze accounts, cancel orders and terminate services for violations without compensation liability.
Products, Prices & Orders
1. Our products include $1–$3 affordable daily goods and premium products over $3. The final settlement price shall prevail on the order submission page.
2. We support single retail, mixed wholesale, bulk procurement and customized orders. Different services have different MOQ, delivery cycle and quotation rules, which shall be subject to confirmed communication between both parties.
3. All products are quality-inspected. Slight appearance differences caused by cross-border batch production are normal and not regarded as quality defects.
4. In case of pricing errors, system exceptions or inventory abnormalities, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders before shipment and support refunds or reorders.
Custom Service Terms
1. We provide product customization and packaging customization services. All customized contents are subject to the drawings, samples, parameters and text requirements confirmed by users.
2. Customized orders are personalized exclusive products and cannot be returned or refunded without reason once production starts.
3. Users shall guarantee that customized patterns, texts and trademarks do not infringe third-party rights. Users shall bear full legal responsibilities for any copyright, trademark or portrait disputes.
4. Any revision, remaking or delay caused by incorrect user-provided materials shall be undertaken by the user.
Wholesale Service Rules
1. We provide online bulk procurement and mixed wholesale services for cross-border merchants and wholesalers.
2. Wholesale prices, MOQ, delivery time and freight standards are dynamically adjusted according to purchase quantity and categories, subject to final customer service confirmation.
3. After wholesale order payment, arbitrary order cancellation without quality problems is not allowed to avoid occupying platform inventory and production resources.
Payment, Shipping & Logistics
1. By confirming an order, users agree to product prices, freight charges and transaction rules.
2. Spot goods will be shipped in order. Custom and bulk orders will be delivered within the agreed cycle.
3. Cross-border logistics may face customs clearance, delay, tax and local policy risks. We will try our best to ensure timeliness but do not guarantee zero delay.
4. Destination tariffs, customs fees and local compliance risks shall be borne by the recipient.
Return & After-sales Policy
1. Normal spot retail products can apply for after-sales service if unused, undamaged and resalable in accordance with platform rules.
2. Customized orders, bulk wholesale orders and special-price clearance goods do not support unreasonable return or refund.
3. We will provide reshipment, partial refund or after-sales solutions for verified logistics damage, loss or wrong delivery.
4. Damage caused by human factors, private disassembly or abnormal use is not covered by after-sales guarantee.
Intellectual Property
All website page designs, texts, logos, images, layouts, codes and service systems of Goods123 are original or legally authorized and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, tampering, commercial use, crawling and reprinting are strictly prohibited.
Privacy Protection
We strictly protect users’ personal information including phone numbers, emails, shipping addresses and order data. User data is only used for order processing, logistics delivery and after-sales service, and will not be sold or disclosed to irrelevant third parties.
Disclaimer
1. We strive to ensure stable website operation but do not assume liability for temporary service interruption caused by network failure, server maintenance, network attacks or policy adjustments.
2. Product images are for reference only. Slight color and size errors are normal and shall not be regarded as quality problems.
3. Users shall bear all risks if they use our products for illegal or non-compliant business activities.
Amendment
We reserve the right to revise and update this User Agreement at any time. The updated version will be posted on the website without individual notice. Continued use of the website services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Both parties shall resolve disputes through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled through legal dispute resolution institutions where the company is located.
