  Goods123 implements hierarchical quality inspection standards for different order types, covering retail, wholesale, customization and premium product scenarios.

1. Standard Retail Orders

  For $1–$3 retail products and regular in-stock items, we conduct four basic inspections on appearance, structure, function and integrity before delivery. All products are checked to ensure no damage, no cracks, no obvious stains or serious defects, with complete accessories and intact functions to meet daily usage standards.

2. Bulk Wholesale Orders

  For bulk wholesale orders, we adopt the mode of batch sampling inspection and key full inspection. We randomly sample large quantities of goods for quality verification and inspect vulnerable categories one by one, ensuring uniform quality and stable appearance of bulk goods to meet merchants’ stocking and resale needs.

 

3. Customized Product & Packaging Inspection

  Customized product and packaging orders implement one-to-one exclusive inspection. We strictly check the size, pattern, color matching, printing clarity and workmanship details in accordance with customer-confirmed drawings, parameters, texts and LOGO standards to ensure the finished products fully meet customization requirements. Customized products undergo additional packaging inspection for scratch, pressure and collision resistance before delivery to guarantee intact rate during long-distance cross-border transportation.

 

4. Premium High-End Products

  For premium products above $3, we implement higher-standard full inspection. Comprehensive fine inspection is carried out on materials, craftsmanship, details, appearance and packaging to strictly select high-quality products, eliminate minor flaws, and ensure the texture, appearance and practicability of premium goods to meet high-end procurement needs.

1. Slight craft traces, minor color differences and normal size deviation of cross-border small daily goods belong to normal industrial craft range and do not count as quality problems.

 

2. All delivered products are manually inspected and screened to minimize defect rate.

 

3. If the received goods have obvious quality defects, damage or functional abnormalities, users can apply for after-sales verification and handling with real photos.
